These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive between 3-5 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.   

Free standard delivery on orders over £75. 

If you would like your in-stock items to be dispatched separately from pre-order items, please select the Next Day Delivery option at checkout. Orders qualifying for free delivery that include pre-order items will otherwise be dispatched together once all items are available.

UK Tracked 24 - £4.99 (MAINLAND UK) - Excludes Bank Holiday & Weekends (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 working days if ordered before 3pm Mon - Thurs.  

Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.  

NORTHERN IRELAND & HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS 

Shipping cost £4.99

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive between 2-3 working days after your order is dispatched.

EUROPEAN - INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We currently deliver to the following Mainland European countries, Belgium, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and many more.

These orders are shipped with Parcelforce and are estimated to arrive between 3-6 working days after placing your order, depending on the destination country.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.  

Orders received before 3pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 4pm will be processed on the following day.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EU DELIVERY:  As european shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), you will need to pay any local customs duties and import VAT directly to the courier before delivery. These mandatory EU import charges are not included in your checkout total. From 1 July 2026, these charges apply to all orders entering the EU, including those with a value under £135. The amount varies by country and is set by local customs authorities, not by us. We will dispatch your order as normal once it has been processed.

REST OF WORLD - INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We currently deliver to the following 'Rest of World' countries, Australia, Canada, United States, UAE and many more. 

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail, tracked service.

REFUNDS

Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

• The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
• The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Unable to locate your address
• Incorrect address provided

ORDERS DELIVERED IN A SAFE PLACE OR WITH A NEIGHBOUR

If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.

COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (STRETTON STORE ONLY)

Once processed, you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready to be collected from our Stretton showroom, from the date that this email is received you will have 14 days to return any unwanted items.

PLEASE NOTE

• All delivery time frames are guidelines 
• All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
• Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
• Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number from them, via SMS or email
